Priced per agency, not per seat you never use
Every plan includes the persona coach, your proprietary Knowledge Hub, feedback tracking and the manager dashboard. Usage allowances are generous and shown up front, so nothing is a surprise at month end.
How usage and seats work
Active advisors only
Extra seats are billed at $15/month per advisor who actually asked the coach a question that period. Dormant accounts cost nothing.
Fair-use caps
Each plan has a monthly allowance of coach answers and ingested pages. We warn at 80% and pause new answers at 100% until you upgrade or the period resets.
